Eric used to be the lead guitarist for the Van Halen cover band “OUSUC2", but one afternoon he was shredding through the song “Eruption” on the side stage at Six Flags when he got out of control, tearing his ACL and rupturing his spleen. Being without health insurance, he was sent to the city hospital and quickly developed gangrene. He was at the brink of death when he was rescued by the F.E.R.
